National Flower of Malaysia



Do you know what is the national flower of Malaysia?Tell you what..It's locally known as Bunga Raya or in scientific 'Rosa Sinensis'. It is a unic symbol that shows harmony in life. The flower also has been known to have a lot of benefit. It's commonly be use by local people in traditional medical treatment. Some of them also take the root of the plant to cure decease such as fever. Hibiscus have many colours but most them are red and it could be found through the country. Malaysian have chosen the colour of red as their national flower..

The History of The 1st National Car


Actually Malaysia owned the 1st National car on 9th July 1985. The model was called PROTON SAGA when it was manufactured.The national car project first started as a joint venture between Perusahaan Otomobil National Berhad(PROTON), HICOM berhad, Mitsubushi Motor Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation.The Proton car became the best selling car in the local passenger car for both the Malaysian and overseas markets since 1990 until now..

Malaysia Truly Asia

Nasi Lemak

Nasi lemak is the most popular food in Malaysia. It is the simple food but the taste is delicious. Nasi lemak is the rice cook with coconut milk and pandanus. It was tasty eat with spicy dish (sauté). There two way to cook nasi lemak, it can rice cooked and rice steamer. The side dish is anchovies, fish (tuna fish), chicken, eggs, and cucumber. You can choose your favorite side dish. The spicy dish (sauté) will fried with blended onions, ginger, sauce chili and additional bits and pieces. It is suitable to eat anytime, and it can eat as breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cost per plate of nasi lemak is around 2 to 3 Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

More about Food

Healthy food is important to our normal growth. It is important for perfect development of our physical, mental, emotions and also our appearance. If we take the balance and enough food, our bodies will health, energetic, and good in physical and mental. But if we take unhealthy food, we will weak, listless and non energetic body. Because of that, our mental and physical will not work as good as our real ability. There are two main problems in choosing the healthy food. First problem is we like to take the food with out concern the content of the food such as carbohydrate, calorie and fat. This calorie and fat can cause the obesity. The second problem is we always do not take a balance breakfast. Breakfast is very important to generate the energy to use in the whole day. As we know, it is very hard to choose the delicious and suitable food for the balance health. But we need to take this responsible to maintain our healthy life. Avoid eating the fast food and junk food frequently to ensure the healthy of our body.

Main Races Celebrated Day



There are multi race in Malaysia conclude Malay, Chinese and Indian and others. The three main celebrated day in Malaysia are ‘Hari Raya Aidilfitri’ (Muslim Celebration; most of them are Malay), Chinese New Year (Chinese Celebration), and ‘Deepavali’ (Hindu celebration; most of them Indian). The most popular foods when ‘Hari Raya Aidilfitri’ is Lemang (glutinous rice roasted in bamboo tubes), Ketupat (rice cake boiled in a rhombus-shaped packet of plaited young coconut leaves), and Rendang (meat simmered in spices and coconut milk). The most popular food when Chinese New Year in Malaysia is "Moon Cake". And the most favorite food of Indian is Maruku (like junk food with nuts), Roti Canai (fried and grind down break) and Chapatti.

Malaysian Food


Generally, food is the main source of the human body energy. The food is very unique thing in the world because it’s can come in any type and shape but everyone have their own taste. The main food between the country is different depend on their county’s geography. In Malaysia and are surrounding, the main food is rice. Something unique in Malaysia is the citizen come from many race can living together and interdependent and eat what other race eat. There are three main races in Malaysia; there are Malay, Chinese and Indian. Every race has their own traditional foods. For example ‘Nasi Lemak’ (rice cook with coconut milk) is the traditional food of Malay but Chinese and Indian love it too. ‘Yong Tau Fu’ (mix with seafood) and ‘Capcai’ (stir-fried vegetables) is the Chinese food and it also delighted by Malay and Indian. Chapatti (Indian Break) and ‘Roti Canai’ (fried and grind down break) is the Indian food and it is favorite’s food of Malay and Chinese in Malaysia today.
